I am not here to gatekeep, so LITL is my way of sharing with you. Here, yummy eats that I’ve encountered on my travels or dishes I’ve created in my own home are to be shared in yours.
My recipes are usually gluten-free and can be modified to be dairy-free as well. So, they are both delicious and soft on the tummy. Since my fiance went gluten-free about a year into our relationship, I've taken a deep dive into a variety of gluten-free alternatives that taste just as divine as they are gorgeous to the eye.
